saw a new book, the Immortals ytd morning by Alyson Noel,
will try to get my hands on that sometime! HOHOHO!
it looks pretty nice.
there are similarities between the immortals & Twilight,
through i still like Stephenie Meyer's style more :D
speaking of AYG hosting 1st & 2nd JULY 09...
1st JULY
went to AYG first with Ms shahana & Mrs May Ng, caroline only came later at twelve!
then went & set up the booth :D
stuffed all bags under the booth"s table which is covered by cloth!
then i wait wait wait,
until caroline came at twelve.
first day the crowd is scarce in the morning,
its only until after lunchtime then people started coming & going.
1st day the memory is a bit vague,
things only start to be INTERESTING when its around 4plus,
when Zhilin came over,
following Shangge!
so i was listening to Shangge complain about her depression & being emo by looking at the sea!
i sincerely pity her okay :x
looking at the sea for hours will turn u into stone :D
1st day i left around 6plus,
during the peak period,
left zhilin & caroline go handle the athletes!
2nd JULY
eight plus then caroline & i changed into the blazers & shirts & skirts & heels;
took a cab with mr ng & caroline.
then went there & set up quickly,
since they said the Pakistan Officials will be visiting around 11am.
so we wait & wait & wait!
same old routine, what else do u expect?
so the Pakistan officials came,
exchanged our School badges for their Pakistan badges!
speaking of exchanging of badges,
Mr Fernandez brought thirty sch badges for us to exchange with other countries!
we were joking about it on the first day that we shall ask plus beg the teachers sponsor us to go exchange badges with our sch badge,
then it came true!
took dozens of photos for four cameras.
i smile until numb liao.
i sure got took over fifty photographs this two days.
2nd day it was janice's turn to come!
i didn't get to see shangge through.
at first saw janice following her team go down the escalator,
then she was like waving frantically,
so i wave back!
she bend over & wave also when she was descending on the escalator :D
too bad others all never see her!
at around evening,
zhilin started playing with the spices,
using cinnamon as toothbrush & curry powder as toothpaste,
how special ahh?
except me & caroline are the testers laa!
then following was markers,
i was filling out the reflection form when a marker swiped past my face,
lucky it can be wiped away easily.
if not, he wait laa.
then his last tactic is fake hair,
thats when all our ponytail get pulled because he accused its fake.
Mr Ng(VP) & Mr Fernandez came over on the 2nd day!
so caroline talk about the spices,
me talk about jewelry,
then we purposely look at zhilin wait for him talk about the shoes,
so he talk lor.
who tell him when someone ask me who is Pakistan's president,
then i suddentely speechless,
glance over at him,
then he look awayyy!
how could he!
left at 7.08pm on 2nd day,
took a photo with janice before i left :D
